Great content, awful app

Love Adweek to learn about the industry but I can’t see the content because the user experience is so infuriatingly bad. Please fix ASAP.

Terrible Mobile App Experience

The UX has to be incredibly poor, and to have happened multiple times, for me to have to write this negative review. The mobile app is absolutely useless when you have a premium subscription. Every time you reopen the app, it would prompt you to sign in again to access premium articles. But when you do sign-in, it would then link you to the browser reader…then why in the world bother with a mobile app??? Every time you want to use the app, you will need to sign in again and again. On the fence on whether to renew my subscription, since I do most of my reading on mobile - so a mobile app would greatly improve that experience. Looks like this has been an ongoing issue based on reviews from over a year ago. Disappointed that this bug has yet to be prioritized.

Sign in troubles

Despite signing in with a full subscription, the app does not show “premium” content.
I hope this is simply a bug that will be fixed.
