Aero: keep your fitness moving in the right direction Aero helps you track and understand how your workouts add up over time. It shows how your workouts and efforts are shaping your fitness capacity and aerobic health. Aero uses heart rate training zones to measure how hard your body is working during activities. Harder workouts push strain higher, while lighter efforts keep it balanced. Focus on building up your fitness capacity, or keeping your ongoing efforts within a sustainable range. As workouts stack up, Aero provides insight into how your efforts are shaping your fitness. Recovery and well-being markers add context to how your body is responding, and can signal whether you’re ready for your next workout. Gain awareness around when you’re ready to add effort, and when recovery should take priority. Aero makes suggestions based on your recent workouts, to keep your fitness moving in the right direction. Aero uses workouts, heart rate, and other signals from Apple Health to make sense of your activities and shape daily guidance. All analysis happens on your device, and your data is never processed or shared externally.
