Canada Does Not Exist
We are unable to use this app as Canada does not exist. It requires a location as part of its setup, but the second largest country in the world is not available. Typing Canada gives us Argentina. Typing Ontario gives us the USA. And it will not progress without a valid location. Completely useless.

Airzone app does not work
We just installed a $ 26,000 CAD Mitsubishi Zuba heat pump. Installation was smooth, professional, and we are very satisfied. The technicians stayed an hour longer with us to try an figure out how to get the Airzone app to work. Absolutely nothing we did could get this app to work. Even now, we are still unable to login to our Airzone account.
We are totally disappointed with this app. There is no contact information or phone number for support. We can’t believe that this app is even available on the App Store, given it’s total uselessness.
Buy the Mitsubishi Zuba heat pump but don’t waste your time downloading this app.

Works as expected but could do more
Unlike other reviews we had no difficulty getting the app working. It’s fine but basic. Coming from Nest, there’s just so much more it could do. Keep adding new features!!!
