Ratings and Reviews
Hard braking? Hardly!
I’m not so sure about this Adjusto thing. It keeps registering that I have hard braking even if I tap on the brake lightly! My definition of a hard brake is when you slam on the brakes. For the first couple of months, my score has been almost perfect. Now it’s getting lower but nothing has changed in my driving habits - leads me to believe that the closer you get to your renewal, it’ll find any reason to ding you points so that you won’t get the discount. If my rates don’t go down because of this app, I’m deleting and moving all my insurance needs elsewhere!
Missing trip
Hey I don’t know if someone is experiencing the same issue as I…
The app won’t show my long trip if it’s good (no incidents), but if it shows it I noticed that the trip has some incidents (speed or braking).
That’s totally scamming that’s how I see it!
My percentage didn’t change since long time ago and I have made good trips…
If my payment increase I will cancel everything including my home insurance.
I may probably sue the company because this app is kinda garbage!!!

I had a trip 4 min long and it said I had a medium risk because the trip was long...
