Adjusto Feedback
Adjusto records speed, acceleration and breaking. Biggest issue is the breaking part .. we have to break at times when we get cutoff, light turns red or some one just blindly crossing the road .. specially in summer where these rent e-scooters are zipping everywhere. Either remove breaking from the equation or add a button where I can submit an explanation why I was breaking. As an insurance company, would you rather me run someone or run a red light? That makes no sense to me ..
Alternatively give me the 2 delete a trip every 250 KM or something.
Adjusto is a great idea, however you have a horrible execution of it. I had SGI before in SK where they evaluate me based on year by year given that I had no tickets throughout the year. Each year I had a clean record they’d give points where each point is a % discount. Systems that evaluate me based on a clean record is far more fair than a continuous recording with zero explanation as to why I had to speed or break …
Just intended to increase insurance rates
App is intentionally extremely sensitive to always show some “event” on every trip. It will give a hand acceleration for every left turn and hard braking for every red light. If you go 1km/h over the speed limit it will give you a speeding event. This app forces you to drive like a 90 year old man which will cause more accidents instead of preventing them. In addition it tracks you constantly. What they do with this data who knows. Would give 0 stars if possible. I’d rather take the bus than drive with this app.

Doesn’t actually work
The app has been giving an error message for weeks. Can’t update it. Doesn’t show any documents and none of the options work beyond the main page.
