The APM system developed by Anteo goes beyond preventive maintenance. Saving on maintenance costs is now possible with Anteo Predictive Maintenance. Anteo, always attentive to the new demands of the goods distribution market, has developed an innovative hardware / software device that constantly monitors the functions and use of the tail-lift and provides information on reaching the best time to plan and carry out maintenance interventions before a failure occurs. Anteo Predictive Maintenance is a control system integrated into the latest generation tail-lifts that aims to eliminate sudden failures and optimize the costs of classic preventive maintenance and aims to eliminate downtime related to poor and / or lack of maintenance. The APM device consists of two elements: the hardware constantly monitors the functions and use of the tail-lift, while the software, based on a predictive model optimized over the years, allows the display of data and the management of maintenance interventions. Through the APM Anteo APP it is possible to check the status and maintenance of the tail lift, thus displaying what is left for the next service to be able to organize yourself in the best possible way. Through the Bluetooth connection, APM connects to the smartphone or tablet that communicates with the APM Web Server which stores and processes the information and makes it available to both the fleet manager and the maintenance / repairer.
