AP Direct mobile app as a straightforward solution ensuring cashless access. AP Direct is a secure mobile application that allows members to search for providers in their local area and request placement of a Guarantee of Payment. AP Direct enables members to generate a digital AP Direct Membership Card and obtain copies of the Guarantee of Payments to receive medical care at clinics and hospitals of their choice. AP Direct mobile app connects to AP’s network of providers where members can choose hospitals or clinics that are available on a cashless basis and request the AP support team to place the Guarantee of Payment with the medical facility before receiving the service. A copy of the Guarantee of payment is also sent to the member who can present it together with the identification documents to get medical care with no need to pay out of their own resources.
