The word Aroga comes from Sanskrit. The prefix (a) signifies “not a trace of”; and (roga) means “illness” or “incapacity.” In its original meaning Aroga suggests perfect wellbeing, not just without illness, but possessing a healthy mind, body, heart, and soul - ultimately in tune with one's self.
