Aura Frames 4+

I purchased this frame so that my mother can follow her great granddaughter pictorially from her birth on. We have now AA1 accumulated 6 months of photos and videos for her on it. I do this from 100 miles away and from any where I travel too. While it is very hard for her to see her in person she truly feels that great grandmother connection. She looks for new photos daily and easily scrolls through them. She is not well, 85 years of age and not a techie. This frame has certainly brought much needed purpose and joy in her life daily . Thanks to your awesome tech

Big birthday for my wife. A connected frame is an idea gift because our kids can send it pics—especially nice during COVID.
So far, here are my thoughts on the CARVER FRAME and AURA APP experience.

Pros: The app and browser interface is pretty easy to use and to get people to upload or off-load images.
Upload of images to the frame is quick.
Option of SHOW NOW is nice but doesn’t always work.

Cons: Fastest transition time is 15 seconds. I’d like to see at least 10 seconds. 15 is a long time.
Limited sequence option. Used to be just random. This last update added chronological—which is nice to have. (Thank you!) It would be nice to add folders or some other way to quick select for seasons or events. It would also be nice if LIKED images showed up more often (maybe a setting like 3x more often)

The app lacks a keyboard in places where you need to type. For example, when adding a “comment” to a photo, there is no keyboard, and there is no keyboard available to change the name of the frame. The shuffle feature should randomly show different pictures, but the same ones show up too often. This frame will be returned.
