Bugfixes: - Fix notifications not being pushed to the device in some cases. - Fix data not being loaded sometimes. - Fix connection issues with Avantra 24.3 for some objects. Improvements: - Switching servers now also works by tapping the name of the current server in the app bar. - SettingsView now updates the connection status regularly. - Show better error messages if data can't be loaded.
