BAV App 2.0 is a major platform upgrade, bringing a more complete, secure, and user-friendly experience to the BAV Network community. This release introduces the new BAV Digital Services Marketplace, replacing older scattered airtime and gift card flows with one unified Digital Services experience. Users can now access supported categories such as Airtime, Mobile Data, Bundles, eSIM, Gift Cards, and Prepaid Utilities in one organized location. The shopping experience has also been improved with a country-first flow. Users can browse by country, then choose the available operator, brand, or service category instead of navigating through one large product list. Sierra Leone has been improved as a launch-priority market, with better Airtime visibility and expanded Mobile Data support. BAV App 2.0 also introduces stronger multi-provider backend routing. The app now supports provider paths including Zendit and DingConnect, with the foundation for future provider expansion. This allows BAV to route services more effectively by country and category, improving reliability and flexibility. Digital Services orders now use a more secure backend fulfillment process. The app does not call provider APIs directly. Orders now move through a safer flow from the app to payment confirmation, provider fulfillment, status reconciliation, receipt, and transaction history. Stripe checkout has been improved for a smoother payment experience. Digital Services payments now follow a more reliable checkout process, post-payment redirects now land on a proper thank-you page, and payment verification issues that previously blocked fulfillment have been fixed. A new Digital Services History screen has been added, allowing users to track their transactions more clearly. Order detail pages now show improved status updates, including payment pending, verified, fulfillment pending, delivered, and failed. Admin Review has also been modernized to match the new Digital Services structure. Admin tools now better support current BAV operations. Pricing and checkout clarity have been improved, including cleaner fee wording, better product pricing display, and currency normalization work for a more consistent checkout experience. Home and menu navigation have also been refined. Added Digital Services as the main commerce entry point. The home screen has been improved, including better routing into the member and call flow. The BAV web app has also been aligned with this release. The web experience now reflects the Digital Services-first structure, and older standalone Top-Up and Gift Card routes have been redirected into the new Digital Services flow. This release also adds a stronger foundation for missed-call notifications, direct-message notifications, notification preferences, and email-delivery support for future communication improvements. Behind the scenes, version metadata, app structure, backend operations, and provider readiness have been cleaned up to better support store-ready builds, live provider operations, and future expansion. BAV App 2.0 delivers a smoother, safer, and more complete experience for digital services, media, community connection, communication, and African diaspora engagement.

This submission is an update to improve the live radio listening experience. BAV Network includes a live radio streaming feature. In this update, we restored the iOS background audio capability so listeners can continue listening to the live radio stream when the app is in the background or when the device screen is locked. Please see attachment for demonstration. This background audio capability is used strictly for continuous live radio playback only. The app does not enable voip background mode. Please also note that if a user force-quits the app from the iOS app switcher, radio playback stops as expected. Thank you for your continued review and support.
