Fatal flaws

The app works until you want to use it at a charger, then it only works half the time. I can survive that, using credit card instead (when that works) or Hydro’s card (which mostly works), BUT the app no longer shows the charger’s capacity! 50kw? 150kw? More? Less? So it lacks the one, key, ciritical piece of information you need! I’m not driving 30km to only find it’s a 7kw charger. Even if I block AC chargers, there’s still no way to differentiate between any DC charger’s capacity. Truly dumb.

Updated app simply doesn’t work

Downloaded new app to iPhone 15, set new password, opened app. Everything I touched turned into an explanatory balloon; no functioning top nav for account or functions, including logout. Deleted app, reloaded, same non-functioning mess. BC Hydro should demand a refund from the developer.

Useless

Downloaded app and pop up information froze the ability for it to respond to any touch inputs.
