Loved the BCycle experience in Boulder. Unfortunately sometimes we were not able to remove the bikes from the dock, and ended up having to walk to the next dock. I would love to see the app over laid on google maps forThose of us without a good sense of direction so ones starting and destination can be easily located on the map. No real assistance from the electric motor bike. Seem to grind gears in four different bikes. Charges appear on credit card for no reason supposedly written in contract. Was not impressed. would not use again.

The app works well for renting bikes, but there’s a big flaw: if you report a bike as needing repairs, it stays available for the next rider. This means you could end up renting a broken bike with no way to know beforehand. Worse, customer service is only available on weekdays, so if you have an issue on the weekend, you’re out of luck. Until they fix this, it’s a gamble every time you rent.
