Alarm on phone is not there
The settings to set up the alarm are not there and settings is also not there, It’s all grey and cannot click! I’m not too sure why they are there but can’t click

Stopped motion detection reports
Used with an Elder security system. Elder logs motion detection reports but now after a month of on and off reports stopping they don’t report even after a reboot.
