Ratings and Reviews
Extremely poor customer service
I very rarely write bad reviews. A company really has to go above and beyond in terms of how incompetent they are for me to bother writing a review. I have never dealt with such horrible customer service in my life. I had the free trial and they continued to charge me for an additional two months, despite having deleted my account. I have been going back and forth with customer service over an issue I ran into on the first day, and they truly appear to not understand how computer data works, let alone their own system. Save yourself the headache, and don’t even bother with this app.

The Video is very unstable
If you are lucky enough to get a video to load (make sure it is reading your sensor right before clicking play - merely setting it up is not sufficient), over the course of a 30 minute run, the video is likely to drop at least a dozen times.
I am using this on an IPad Pro 11” with a Keiser M3i.
They really need to work on stability because the content is good!
