Caley has a very special soul. Her flows are so unique and feel so good each and every time. The meditations on the app are phenomenal and her voice is just the cherry on top. And the yoga nidra…. Pure magic. Caley introduced me to this practice and I am hooked! If you’re looking for amazing yoga practices and new rituals then this is the app and COMMUNITY for you!!
Amazing Flows
Caley’s flows are so unique. Every one shows me a reveals a new aspect of my practice. The sequence of postures and transitions are so creative and keeps your mind active while you breathe and flow. Love it!
