That doesn’t work and I paid for no reason
App doesn’t work and I paid for no reason and you’re not even sending me a refund. You should make people pay for something that doesn’t even work or is not compatible 100% before payment.
No way to find out if your car is compatible unless you pay
Very bad business strategy, need to allow your clients to explore within the app before investing, this is not even possible because you have to pay before even choosing the type of vehicle you have.
I have to rate 1 star because unfortunately you can’t even rate 0.
This is app is a fraud
I downloaded the app on 2024/03/14. The details of the app on the App Store mentioned that the app is compatible with the brand of my car (Ford). Therefore, I downloaded the app to try it. The app let you choose the car brand without any subscription, but once you try to choose the car model, it prompts you to subscribe. There is no free trial what so ever; so I subscribed to the one week subscription package. On the next step, the app connects to FordPass to retrieve the car details and sync. Then then the app returned and error and said that my car is not compatible. So the bottom line, I tried to use the app for 5 minutes and it failed, but it already charged me for a service un availed. This is a fraud and Apple must take note. There is absolutely no excuse for not offering a free trial period. I am submitting a complain/dispute to Apple. I am also going to contact Marques Brownlee on YouTube and ask him to perform a review of this app.
