Virtual tours are making a big comeback on the mobile app! When a virtual tour (3D, video, guided, aerial, or other) is available, a corresponding button will appear on the property details page. Enjoy the tour!

Two highly requested updates are now live on the Centris app! • Price changes: the previous price is displayed for 72 hours after an update. • Listed date: visible in the Additional Information section of a property page.

The payment calculator gets a makeover! When applicable, fees and taxes are included in the total payments. Loan parameters and property prices can be modified more easily. A full-fledged calculator tool has also been added to the Explore tab. Additionally, a new feature allows you to undo an action made by mistake when removing a favourite or a hidden property, as well as when deleting a saved search.
