Love this app, always right on

I’ve been using check check for YEARS at this point and I’ve not yet had a single issue with them.. up until a few weeks ago when I purchased 2 pairs of JBalvin 3s- they came back as authentic. Unfortunately when it came to me selling them they were actually both fake. I ran them through Legit Check app more than once to be clear of it and got a professional legit check in person and every single time the pairs came down as fake. Not trying to fully hate on the people working under check check BUT they must have started hiring people who don’t know what they’re doing.

So I took a $1000 loss on these pairs because these guys don’t know how to legit check. I took time out of my day to email the support team and explain my situation, days went by so I emailed again… came down to about 3/4 emails within the passed 3 weeks. Not a single response I’ve heard from them. I’ve emailed them just regarding random questions and I got an email back the same day. Clearly they don’t want to face the issue… so when you have an issue with them it will NOT get resolved and they will make you lose your money. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anybody, if you’re looking to actually purchase only authentic sneakers I’d suggest legit check app as they require tons more photos and will be a more accurate legit check.
