Checkr is a simple contract analyser that scans legal documents and explains them in plain English. Use it for rental agreements, employment contracts, terms of service, subscriptions, service agreements, and other documents you want to understand before you sign.
How it works:

- Get an instant plain-English summary and risk score
- Review flagged clauses, key terms, costs, deadlines, renewals, and obligations
- Ask follow-up questions and see answers backed by wording from the document
