Chill Wings — Main Features & Functionality (Square / Pickup Only / Guest Checkout)
Chill Wings is a mobile food ordering app that allows customers to place pickup-only orders from the Chill Wings menu. The app lets users browse the menu, customize items, add them to a cart, and securely pay through Square. Users do not need to create an account or sign in; however, they must enter required information during checkout so the business can prepare and fulfill the pickup order.
1) Menu Browsing & Item Details
Users browse the Chill Wings menu by category (e.g., wings, combos, sides, drinks, sauces).
Each item includes pricing, descriptions, and available choices (such as flavors/sauce options, heat level, quantities, and add-ons).
Users can search menu items and view featured items/specials when available.
2) Item Customization & Cart
Users customize items before checkout (flavor/sauce selection, quantity, add-ons, and special instructions such as “extra crispy” or “sauce on the side”).
The cart updates in real time to reflect selections and the order total.
3) Pickup Ordering & Checkout (No Sign-In Required)
Users place pickup orders only.
During checkout, users enter required order details (such as name and contact information) so the business can confirm and prepare the pickup order.
Users review the full order summary before submitting the order.
4) Secure Payments via Square
Payments are processed securely through Square using the payment methods enabled by the business.
Users receive confirmation once the order has been successfully submitted.
5) Order Confirmation
After checkout, users receive an order confirmation with the order details and pickup information.
Order status updates may be shown depending on Square settings.
6) Support & Contact
Users can access Chill Wings contact information for order questions or assistance.
