The platform allows property owners to list construction, renovation, or maintenance projects by providing essential details such as property type, location, scope, permissions, budget, and timeline. Owners can also upload documents and images for better contractor visibility.
Verified contractors can browse listed projects by category, location, or specialization. Upon finding a match, they can submit formal proposals including cost breakdowns, timelines, material and labor needs, and terms. Property owners can review contractor profiles, past work, and ratings before selecting a suitable candidate.
Once a contractor is approved, the project begins and is divided into logical milestones—foundation, framework, plumbing, electrical, plastering, painting, etc.—agreed upon collaboratively by the owner, contractor, and, where necessary, an inspector or advisor. This milestone-based structure enhances clarity, accountability, and progress tracking.
Contractors submit progress updates at each milestone using images, videos, notes, and timestamps. Upon milestone completion, notifications are sent to the owner and inspector. Owners can review updates, compare before-and-after visuals, and conduct virtual inspections. Inspectors—licensed professionals—verify regulatory compliance, safety standards, and adherence to plans.
Milestone approvals require input from both owner and inspector. If approved, work proceeds; if rejected, the system provides structured feedback for corrections. This loop ensures quality control and fosters transparency.
The platform offers secure digital documentation of all communications, inspections, approvals, and changes—supporting legal, administrative, and historical reference needs. Additional features include in-app messaging, dispute resolution tools, payment tracking, and performance analytics. Owners can release milestone-based payments directly through the app, encouraging timely delivery and ensuring accountability.
To support broader use, the system allows for multiple concurrent projects, multi-role access (e.g., agents, subcontractors), and multilingual functionality. Future upgrades may include AI-based contractor suggestions, image-based progress tracking, and integration with municipal systems for faster permit processing.
