Bad UX

You should seriously consider hiring a UX designer. Anything that requires filling out a form, whether it be signing up or making a transfer to another bank account, is extremely tedious. The app will tell you there’s an error without specifying what information needs to be revised or what was entered incorrectly. For example, when I tried to sign up and it wouldn’t let me, I had to figure out through trial and error over that the issue was with the username. When I tried to make a transfer to another bank account, I entered everything correctly, but there was still an error and I can’t figure out why because it won’t specify what needs to be fixed.

The app needs to be usable, you can’t inform all your customers to call your call-center or visit a branch. It just seems counterproductive to the purpose of online banking, which ironically should be the easiest out of the other two options.

An obsolete app where nothing works! Update after update and nothing is getting “updated”! Complete rubbish
