An absolute Scam / unprofessionalism
Hidden fees, inability to early settle any debts, application glitchy at best. Customer service on all channels are not knowledgeable and it’s very hard to reach support. Multiple promises of callbacks that were never fulfilled. Committed to a transaction after being misinformed about the deal. No terms and conditions available to customers. What an absolute joke of an app and operation when this was marketed as a trusted app / business.

Broken App
Couldn’t sign up / sign in, welcome text arrived missing an OTP then in the resend OTP the code provided failed.
Username is my phone number, besides being a big nono for a finance app I also can’t let go of my phone number for fear someone else might get access to my profile.
