O aplicativo CLIC é um produto da Tecnologia Social Vetores, cujo principal objetivo é engajar as pessoas no monitoramento e combate a focos de vetores epidemiológicos (mosquito Aedes Aegypti, besouro barbeiro, caramujo que provoca esquistossomose, por exemplo), de maneira divertida, estimulante e eficaz. A Tecnologia Vetores foi construída de maneira participativa entre a equipe de pesquisa e desenvolvimento do Instituto de Pesquisas em Tecnologia e Inovação (IPTI), jovens programadores de Santa Luzia do Itanhy, formados pela tecnologia social CLOC, e por pessoal técnico da Secretaria Municipal da Saúde de Santa Luzia do Itanhy.
