Too complicated. Fail.
I just stopped at Cobs and they told me about the app. Thought I’d spend two seconds to download right there to get my points. What a complicated app to set up. Uber complicated password required to get bread?Phone number? Never received the confirmation email and yes, it’s the right addy. So while it’s set up, I can’t access the app. Fail.
What a joke
Couldn’t even add their menu.
They ask for a better password protection than a bank account. 10 digits with special character is ridicilous

APP a WASTE of Time. DON’T Download.
This is by far the worst APP out there. After you have reached your breadcrumb objective IF you are not careful and read the FINE print, that $5 savings will disappear in 14 days. There SHOULD NOT BE A TIME LIMIT FOR BEING LOYAL. After 30 plus years as a loyal COBS customer, I’m done. Because even after I addressed it, customer service didn’t even have the common sense on how to appease me. The Ventura’s
