- Customize your trip by enjoying a meal of your choice above the clouds, sit in your favorite seat, bring your sports equipment or bring your pet on vacation. Discover a selection of additional services that will make your flight even more enjoyable.
- Use the online check-in to receive your boarding pass directly in the app. Use it to go directly to the baggage drop-off counter at the airport or walk straight to the gate with your hand baggage. Store your boarding pass securely in your smartphone wallet.

Useless, Can’t even Add to Apple Wallet
Nothing in this app works.
When you click on a button, it takes you to a web browser with pages in German.
Obviously adding your checked in ticket to Apple wallet doesn’t work either.
LOL
I’m encountering difficulties with the app; when I try to input my date of birth and expiry date using the keyboard, the system registers one year less than what I entered. Additionally, could you please clarify why the app requires a journey case reason?
Useless
Absolutely useless app. Cannot find my booking and therefore cannot check in. Same on website. Called customer service and they were able to find my booking so obviously it exists. No help from customer support. Was told to use airport check in instead. They better not charge me for that! Not a good start to my trip. I wanted to avoid airport check in and choose seat earlier..
