I became interested in this program when I learned what rib flare - what I was experiencing actually had a name and there is something to improve it. I am so glad I started this 3 weeks ago - I’ve already seen improvement in my ribs and pelvic floor functioning.
Amazing app and program
I’m so happy I invested in this app and program. Although I don’t suffer from severe pelvic floor issues, this program has helped me so much at improving breathing in general and especially during training. My mama pooch is slowly disappearing and I feel so much stronger. Caroline and Erica are amazing at answering any questions you have and giving useful feedback. Better late than never!
Loving your program. From the 5 heel raises on my morning dog walks to turn off the urge to pee thru week 5 yoga day 3. My daughter was born with a forceps delivery 40 years ago and as a recreational athlete I've rotated through sports to find a place to exercise with pelvic floor issues finally settling on cycling until my hips tightened and incontinence got worse. Now hips are unlocking, I can walk for 2 hours without a pit stop and today I added running back into my walks. Better late than never! Thanks
