SLAM is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, which is available on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis. You are auto-billed based on your selected subscription until canceling. Subscriptions can be managed by going to the main menu and clicking “Manage Subscription.”

The best mom-centers workouts!
I’ve tried a couple different online workout programs for for pregnancy & postpartum moms and this is my favourite. Ashley makes the workouts so fun & is so encouraging. I love that this program has a focus on strength & function over weight loss & appearance. Highly recommend.
Great Programs
I love the programming for this app. Easy to follow and so great for all postpartum stages.
I also love the functionality built in. Being able to record weights, rounds, reps and I can easily pull this up when each moves come up again make it so gains and improvements.
The support that comes with a subscription is also amazing.
Wanna get strong?
After my 2 kids, my DR was BAD. Things that I did with ease before babies was all of a sudden hard or, impossible. After a while of doing SLAM I regained a lot of my muscle memory and continuing to follow the program has me stronger than I was before my kiddos. The program is awesome and Ashley is nothing short of amazing (and fun and funny.) Everything about this program is worth it.
