Trade a set of exercises for limited app time. You set the rules. Turn "just five more minutes" into "20 press-ups first." CounterUps Plus is a self-discipline tool for adults. You lock the apps you choose, then redeem limited unlock time by completing real exercises counted on your iPhone. You set the rules — and you can change them anytime. This is not a parental-control app. You restrict only your own device, and you can revoke Screen Time authorisation whenever you want. HOW IT WORKS • Pick the apps that pull you in • Do a set — press-ups, squats, sit-ups, and more • On-device pose recognition counts real reps • Redeem minutes. When time is up, the lock returns FREE EXERCISES Press-up, squat, and sit-up counting are fully available. Premium unlocks plank, jumping jack, and pull-up. Every Screen Time feature — locking, redeeming, daily limits — is the same for free and paid users. ON YOUR DEVICE Workout video is composed on-device. Saving to Photos or sharing is always your choice. The app never uploads your videos. SUBSCRIPTIONS Optional Plus Monthly (1 month), Plus Yearly (1 year, 7-day free trial for new subscribers), and Plus Lifetime (one-time). Prices appear in the app in your local currency. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage in iPhone Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
