CrewFit is the fitness app built for airline crew — the people who land in a new city every other day, sleep in a different hotel every night, and have 45 minutes between flights to figure out what's possible in the hotel gym. Every hotel gym is different. Some have a full rack and dumbbells to 100 pounds. Others have one bench, two resistance bands, and a sad treadmill. CrewFit's strength workout library is tagged to over 1000 hotels worldwide, so when you walk into the gym, you pick a workout that's actually doable with the equipment that's actually there. Full body, upper body, and lower body splits with set-by-set logging, video exercise demos, and a "Short Turn" button that compresses any workout into 30 minutes when you're tight on time. Track your reps, weights, and progress over time. CrewRun — GPS-mapped running routes near every hotel, published by real crew. Browse routes by hotel, see route maps, distance, ratings, and how many other crew have completed each one. Tap Start Run to begin GPS tracking. Publish your own routes after running them and earn Crew Points when others use them. CrewNutrition — Daily calorie, macro, and water tracking designed for crew managing performance and recovery on the road.
