Crisp is clearly one of the best chat apps on the market… we’ve literally tried them all.
There is only one thing I would want added to their long list of features: Please enable the triggering of a bot from the mobile app! This would be a huge benefit to those like us on the go.

Helps us manage our startup
We’re super happy with crisp and the mobile apps helps so much since it’s just a few of us in support and we’re kind of doing a bunch of other things at the same time. We use the Helpdesk for docs as well which is great.
