Great app that gives a lot even for free and then all the professional features you need for business. My whishlist would be a bit more customization, but other than that this things the bomb!

Like wow! I use it when I run out of messages on chai it’s like chai but kinda better idk but good app!! 🫶🏾
Terrible customer service…
I bought the premium version to try for a year. Wasn’t helpful for my business so I decided I’d cancel after a year.
I didn’t realize it was set up to auto-renew and after I was billed a second time I reached out to billing for a refund and they told me they would not process it.
I’m clearly not using the service, at all, and it’s an electronic product. Why wouldn’t you process a refund? Terrible customer service interaction…
