Exchange good, but their wallet….
I love this exchange, but I hate that I am forced to first use the wallet to buy a coin at sometimes 3% more in USD than market price- on top of that, the wallet doesn’t give the exact exchange rate on CAD/USD ….
Like I’m not actually making a foreign currency exchange, so there should be no spread- stablecoins are just another cryptocurrency, so they should be giving exact rate as forex values of any given currency.
Charts and indicators need reworking.
The app requires a lot of work for UI chart view. It is ok for basic view. However chart in landscape is a must with persistent in-chart indicators saved between sessions. iPad version is also needed. Small screen in iPhone limit the usability of the app. I compare this app interface with Binance and Binance is far advanced. I hope one day the comparison is in favour of crypto exchange.
Canadian users
I have been a investor on Crypto.com exchange it’s good beyond the fact that I get a message that comes up telling me to answer a limit on my account due to Canadian LAWS . This has happened now 4 months in when I have answered this at the account sign up process 4 months ago and I received the account on exchange. Hoping you can figure out what is going on and why I get this message . I haven’t even come close to the limit yet so why I’m receiving this msg again with a error and not being able to use exchange is quite frustrating process.
