Whenever you want to smoke again, open Days Since and check your progress. You don’t want to reset that counter, do you?

It’s working!

Just started using this app a week ago. But so far I’m on ‘day 4 since’ of what used to be a daily bad habit. It’s helping to keep me motivated. And sometimes I switch it to ‘hours since’ for a different perspective, which has also been helpful. So far, I’m loving the app!

Awesome

This app is great. Being able to have more than one tracker has to be my favourite feature. No ads and no asking for money witch is amazing. They have the perfect amount of information on screen so it dosent overwhelm you but also is helpful. Would recommend 10/0
