The app has been updated to be compatible with our new MarketSquare Tech backend, ensuring a seamless transition for your store's needs.

Users can now select a date and time to print on their custom labels. Can be used for pickup times, discard times, etc… An option was added in the settings to save the custom text and date/time between items so that it does not have to be reentered if multiple labels will be using the same settings.

Standard maintenance update.

This update adds several common formats for printing readable dates on labels, as well as the Julian Calendar date for an additional coded date format. Both of these options can be found in the settings menu. We also added the ability to enter text to be printed on the label, via the new "Custom Text" text field on the print menu. If you would like to add a custom text area to one of your custom labels, please contact us. Finally, we fixed a bug where the total price would sometimes display incorrectly on the print menu.

Added logging for errors to assist users with troubleshooting.

A fix was implemented for a bug on Macs where the label quantity value would not be applied to the print job until after the labels printed. The label quantity textfield on the Print Menu will now work correctly on Macs.

Fix for empty allergen graphics printing when no values are entered in the associated custom field.

Version 2.0 brings an improved user interface for the print menu, allowing for faster printing and easier use. We have also expanded our scale integrations to include the CAS® PD II (Australia only) and the Star Micronics® mG-T series scales. There have been several enhancements to what we can add to custom label formats, including small graphics for allergen information. Additionally, you can now use the precision field from Square to print up to three digits of precision for weights, depending on the model of scale you have. Finally, we fixed a few small bugs, specifically certain user interface elements not displaying on Macs.

Users can now display a time on custom labels using Custom Field 1 to indicate when a label was printed or a future time for when an item should be discarded.
