DHMS is a service platform that connects individuals, families, organizations, and partners to authorized physical device repair centers. Users may locate nearby repair partners using an interactive map or by manually entering an address. Repairs are completed physically at partner repair centers. DHMS does not provide digital content. Account Types Supported Individuals & Families: Locate trusted repair centers and visit them directly. Organizations & Schools: Manage device repairs for their members. Partners (Repair Centers): Provide physical repair services. Payments & Wallets Some organizations and schools fund repairs for their members by assigning wallet balances to user accounts. These balances are provided externally by the organization and cannot be purchased within the app. Subscriptions Optional service plans are available and clearly marked as optional. These plans provide additional physical service benefits, such as: Prioritized repair handling Access to loaner devices during extended or critical repairs Subscriptions are not required to: Use the app Locate repair partners Visit repair centers In-App Purchase Compliance All optional service plans available to individual users are offered via Apple’s In-App Purchase system. DHMS does not sell digital goods and does not require in-app purchases to access core functionality.
