This app used to be great and could start my car from anywhere but that latest update really messed up something and now I’m lucky it it works 1 out of every 10 times.

If I could give zero stars I would have but have to give one to give review. Anyone suggest another provider for this installed hardware? The app-starter works 50% of the time and the colder/busier it is, the less it works...the service is even worse. Good luck getting a hold of someone to resolve an issue or even to take payment for the plan (for which they then shutoff because you cannot get a hold of them to take your money) ...never seen anything like them.

If you’re planning on buying this product, do not buy it if you live in Western Canada 98% of the time the device will not connect to cell phone towers and the only thing they can say is they are working with the tower providers to resolve an issue that will never be resolved. With NO ETA.

Paying $200 a year really sucks when I can rarely start my car or lock my car from the app. I have perfectly good coverage anywhere I am, but this app is not consistent. I gave it at least two stars because I love it when it does actually work.
