### Complete Route now tells you *exactly* what's missing Tapping **Complete Route** with unserviced monitored units used to fail with a vague count. The app now pops a blocked-reasons sheet listing each missing unit by name, reverts the optimistic "completed" state, and keeps you on the route screen so you can finish the work without re-navigating.

### Route Run opens on the Monitored tab When you start a route with monitored units, the route screen now reliably opens on the **Monitored** tab so you see the units that matter right away.

### Single Tap Violations A new **Report Violation** button on the route screen takes you straight to a searchable list of every unit on the route. Start typing a unit number, building, or floor and tap the one you want — you'll jump right into the violation form without scrolling through the list to find it. After you submit, a "Violation submitted" confirmation appears so there's no doubt it saved. ### New Violations tab on the route screen A **Violations** chip now sits next to Monitored and All, giving you a live count of violations you've logged on the current route and a one-tap way to filter the list down to just those units. On routes with no monitored units, the Violations tab is selected by default when you open the screen. ### Smoother tab switching Tapping between the Dashboard, Schedule, and Monitor tabs is now instant — the sliding animation is gone and cached data appears immediately while a background refresh runs, so you no longer see a loading flash every time you come back to a tab. ### No more flicker when starting or pausing a route Tapping Start or Pause now updates the route on your Dashboard right away and keeps it there, even on a slow connection. Previously, a route could briefly flash back to its old state or disappear from the list while the app was still saving the change. ### Route search bar cleanup Removed a duplicate clear button that was appearing on the route search field.

### Property Monitor — detail view Supervisors, admins, and owners can now tap into any property from the Monitor tab to see a rich detail screen. The detail view includes property reference info and a live route activity feed showing pre/post checks, unit collections, violations, service point activity — all with photos. ### Route reassignment from the app Supervisors and admins can now reassign routes directly from the property detail screen. Each route card shows a "Reassign" button (for open/scheduled routes). Tapping it opens a bottom sheet with eligible team members, filtered by role hierarchy. The porter row shows a colored avatar and fades in after reassignment for clear visual feedback.

### Service points Routes now include service points — trash chutes, compactors, recycling stations, and similar shared facilities — alongside units. Porters see them interleaved in walk order, log service with photo documentation, and they count toward route progress and completion. ### Resident Last Call alerts Residents connect to their property by scanning an invite link (no account required). They see a personalized collection schedule and receive a push notification when a porter starts their route, giving them a last chance to set out their trash. ### Route run improvements - Filter tabs reorganized to Monitored, All, and Service Points - Search and QR scan buttons accessible from the bottom action bar - Post-check and Complete buttons show contextual messages when blocked

Faster collection logging Removed the separate photo confirmation screen when logging a collection. Photos are now captured and submitted inline — the native camera already provides confirm/retake, so the extra step just added friction. Reduced battery drain from location tracking Significantly reduced background battery usage by increasing location update intervals (5s → 15s moving, 12s → 30s stationary), adding a 10m distance filter, and batching sync calls. Ensures tracking stops cleanly when the app is killed. Post-route check button state The post-route check button now correctly appears greyed out when disabled, instead of showing the red active styling regardless of state.

Simplified service logging Removed the "Skip" action. Units are now either collected or flagged as an issue ("Not Collected"). Cleaner two-button interface. Monitored units Units flagged as monitored show a MONITORED badge and always require photos for collection and violations, regardless of property-level settings. Progress tracking adjusts to count only monitored units when the property is configured for monitored-only logging. Entry instructions Porters see property entry instructions via an info button in the route header and a pre-start banner. Supports English and Spanish. Improved violation photo UX "Take photo" renamed to "Add photo" with hint text ("You can add multiple photos"). Submit button now full-width with higher contrast. Conditional route claiming The Properties tab only appears when the organization has route claiming enabled. User profile on More screen Porter name, email, and avatar initials now visible.
