Great App!
I follow LA on instagram and this app is amazing. Lots of selection for beginner to intermediate. I really enjoyed the postnatal workouts after my C-section. I would highly recommend this app for anyone. Easy to use and very affordable!
App is very glitchy both on iPhone and MacBook
On the MacBook, there is no “scroll down” functionality - the workaround is to use the “down” key but that does not work for every page.
On the iPhone, there is no way of ending a video without closing the app altogether.
The workouts are great but the app is not user-friendly.
Short enough that I have no reason not to
