e-Tor is a companion app for the e-Transportator SmartTAX service, which allows GPS monitoring of freight transports accompanied by a UIT code within Romania. Information is made available to dispatchers and transmitted to ANAF (the Romanian National Agency for Fiscal Administration) in accordance with legal obligations.
Enrollment and Usage
To use the app, a dispatcher must create a user/driver account within the e-Transportator SmartTAX platform.
Multiple UIT codes can be monitored simultaneously, either by manually entering them or by scanning the corresponding QR codes. A transport can be carried out by a transport assembly consisting of at least one vehicle and a maximum of two trailers, identified by their registration numbers.
When, during the driver's rest period, the device running this app leaves the location where the transport is stationary, it is possible to activate the PAUSE mode. When resuming the transport, it is possible to RESTART it, without interrupting the transmission of coordinates for the tracked UIT codes, until the transport is completed.
Additional Features
The app can be used in Romanian and English, with the ability to switch between them from the dedicated menu.
Within the app, there is the possibility to request technical support from the SmartTAX support team.
Upon each startup, the app checks if the latest available version is running and directs the user to a mandatory update when a critical update is found.
Pentru utilizarea aplicației, este necesară crearea de către un dispecer din platforma e-Transportator SmartTAX a unui cont de utilizator/șofer.
Este permisă monitorizarea mai multor coduri UIT simultan, prin introducerea manuală a acestora sau scanarea codurilor QR aferente. Transportul poate fi realizat cu un ansamblu de transport format din minim un vehicul și maxim două remorci, identificate prin numerele de înmatriculare.
Atunci când în perioada de repaus a șoferului, dispozitivul care rulează această aplicație părăsește locul unde staționează transportul, este posibilă activarea modului PAUZĂ, la reluarea transportului fiind posibilă REPORNIREA acestuia, fără a întrerupe transmiterea coordonatelor codurilor UIT urmărite, până la finalizarea transportului.
Funcționalități suplimentare
Aplicația poate fi folosită în limbile română și engleză, cu posibilitatea comutării între acestea din meniul dedicat.
În cadrul aplicației este oferită posibilitatea solicitării de sprijin tehnic echipei de suport SmartTAX.
La fiecare pornire, aplicația verifică dacă rulează cea mai nouă versiune disponibilă a acesteia și îndrumă spre update obligatoriu atunci când este găsit un update critic.
