Unfortunately this app isn’t as good as it used to be. Now there are less “regular” items to redeem as it’s become more partnership/ advertised items I have no interest in.

Update: I made the below review a few weeks back as my payment was not coming through. Since then, the support email has been fairly responsive as I’ve been inquiring about updates to my cash out. I received my payment today, along with an email from them apologizing for the lateness. It seems they had an issue with the banking processes for cash outs on their end, which was what actually led to my cash out being late. Because this issue seemed to be out of Eclipsa’s control and they did a lot better with communicating recently, I’m going to give them 5 stars again. I appreciate their support the past few weeks - thanks!Like another recent review said, I have cashed out on the app but never received my money. The app’s help section tells you to write their help email if you don’t get paid, however, this email does not seem to respond (I’ve sent two emails now with no answers). I was a big fan of eclipsa for years before attempting to cash out for the first time - now I’m very disappointed.
