Resting the password
Can be done with, phone number or email.
But there is no option on login the reset/check the email :)
So I have a good password, good phone number… but can’t login because don’t know the email.
Login should have the option of email or phone number

Does not connect
Brand new furnace and thermostat, tried at least 10 times, called helpline multiple times and still would not connect, replaced the thermostat, tried another 10 times and still doesn’t connect. Note, I am an IT guy.
App still needs some improvement
I use the app only for a heat pump water heater (PROPH50 T2 RH375-30). I found that the app doesn’t seem to update the state of the water heater if the app was open previous. I need to unload and reload app to see current status. Secondly, being in Canada, my preference is Celsius. I found that the default 120F causes a burn alert to appear when I switch to Celsius with 49c as the operating temperature. Otherwise the usage statistics are very insightful as operating savings was a major factor in my decision.
I also seem to have issues with the Eco Saver mode whereby we occasionally run out of hot water. Considering this 50 gallon tank replaced our old 40 gallon electric tank which NEVER ran out of water, it seems that occasionally the system delays reheating the water. We’re only three adults in the house, on septic so everything in the house is low flow to minimize water use.
