I’ve had many questions over the first year of using this product and app. Mysa team has been very helpful in getting what answers they can give or sending product improvement suggestions to their development team, or replacing a misbehaving device.New AC control for my mini split is nice doesn’t go in my profiles for different floors yet but controls my device flawlessly thus far. Love the form factor as well as the included command strips for wall mount, thank you for that.Very happy watching Mysa grow as well as using the information they provide to make better decisions about heating and cooling parts of my home, replacing 5 of 9 baseboard thermostats gave me insights out of the gate to drop my bill by over 200 dollars in the next 2 month billing cycleKeep up the great work Mysa and plz don’t ever sell out, your to useful to be ruined by a big company

I was very happy of how the app worked, but with the latest update i lost all home, had to redo it all again and worst have to create and account with no reason. thinking to switch to sinope, much better than this

The hardware feels high quality and reliable, but the software is what really limits the potential.It takes a lot of time to get used to the app and scheduling, which could be smarter. I’d love to see features like temperature triggers that turn the AC on when needed, instead of just following a fixed setpoint and keeping it always on! Seasonal routines or outdoor temperature-based automation would also make a big difference. Great promise, but still work to do on the software side.
