I’ve ordered lots from eggsmart, so much so that I know I would have racked up a lot of rewards, but the rewards centre doesn’t work/load so I can’t access it and that really sucks.

The store near me isn’t on an app so if you roll out the app it’s a good idea to have it at every location. The store is by Bloor and Sherbourne

Just call them and order through phone.User interface is fine, found my location, made the order. when I proceeded to pay, it gave me some 433/403 error and wouldn’t let the order go through so I tapped “send order” once again and same error appears BUT I received notification from my cc company that it went and charged my cc twice for each time I’ve tapped the order through. So now I’m out $90 for a $30 order because I had to pay with debit on site. For the 2 $30 charge I have transaction numbers after contacting my cc company. Please address this issue.Overall, horrible app, not worth the 10% discount incentive that they posted to download the app. Would give 0 star if possible.
