I like the app interface. Intuitive and user friendly. A lot easier to learn compared to EMRs. I like to use the Ai dictation feature. Super useful for Emergency and hospital work. Saves me tons of charting time.

I used to love this App and after a trial ai signed up for a monthly plan. I use this on an iPhone 16 Pro and use a wireless Microphone. The microphone pairs using a USB dongle and I clip the transmitter of the wireless microphone to my shirt which allows me to dictate easily and chats with patient and examine them without holding the phone in hand. The problem is this app after an update is ruined. We cannot select the wireless microphone as an option. On Heidi and Tali apps that I tried this works fine. So definitely and App issue.

Not all companies are created equally. I’m very satisfied that the quality of the AI note generated with EmpathiaIt is very sophisticated, flexible, accurate and reliable. This saves me time in terms of editing and one of the key things that anyone should look for besides ease of use as well as customizability.
