Not bad, but why less?

Not bad. But in previous versions I could see things like measured voltage of Eve switches. Not anymore apparently. Why?? Really reduces the value for me.

Edit: in “Rooms - Types”, I can turn on the things I want to monitor including voltage, but In Use, Voltage and Current do not show when I look; only the other 5.

Réponse du développeur ,

Hello MvWphoto! You can still the voltage. In case it is hidden open the Eve Energy/Eve Energy Strip in Eve and tap Edit. Tap + on Voltage and you will see it. If you have any questions, please contact me at volker@evehome.com

Update - long version:
Please open the app Eve. Goto each room, where an an Eve Energy is mounted. Open that Eve Energy and tap on Edit. Add all the values you want to see later in the Types overview, tap done.
Open Rooms - Types then and Edit. Add all the values you want to see. This works with all versions of Eve Energy.
The how to show it changed over the years, but it's all there.

Garbage

Installed on M1, presented with "Hello thanks for inviting eve into your home". Click "Add Accessory", nothing happens. Restarted app, same thing.

Update:
Upgraded from Big Sur to Monterey, the Eve app doesn't even get to the landing page anymore. Try to open and all you get is "Eve quit unexpectedly", click to reopen. 0 stars.

Great iOS 11 update

My home is completely converted to smarthome devices. I use devices built by 7 different companies however I find the EVE app to be the best and easiest to use and has a very nice and convenient display. The Elgato Eve devices are also very good quality and collect so many statistics which is very useful. I absolutely love their smarthome products all together.

Also the latest update to the app for the iOS 11 seems to have improved the speed to refresh the app information.

Also the ability to control devices when I’m away from home works great. The performance is slightly slower than when I’m home but the other devices are the same so it’s likely a network issue or internet provider issue. It is very minimal though. I’m just mentioning it because I’ve read comments from other people that they had performance issues remotely. Not my case.

Great job Elgato Eve team! Looking forward to trying new devices.
