Activation of EAPs:
-Activate EAPs, which sends in-app, text, and e-mail notifications to all specified users
-Call 911 if necessary upon activation
-Deactivate when emergency has subsided
Sharing of EAPs:
-Create organizations in-app with relevant members
-Create EAPs within organizations and automatically share EAP information with all organization members
-Add members to EAPs to receive notifications upon EAP activation
