Too complicated

Sounds ok when connected but is very complicated to do. Must hook up to wifi first and then to Bluetooth all through a very unfriendly and temperamental app. I have two of these and can’t sync them. I’ve been trying off and on for over three years and it takes me half an hour to re-hook up each time. Hardly worth it. Not recommended. Would be a good product if connection gets simplified like all my other plug and play Bluetooth devices.

Truly awful

It’s so complicated. All I wanted to do is connect to my iPad and then play my Spotify music through the speaker. What an ordeal though to connect the iPad to the app, then the app to the WIFI. It then says connected but when I played my music the device is silent. I try pairing again. Nothing. Turn on and off, it asks me to set up yet again. It really should as simply as pair with WIFI and that’s it. What a waste of money this speaker now is.

Apple Music

Device sucks! Can’t even play Apple Music with it. Terrible product.
