Easy to use
We were conveniently able to book our three island trip all as one booking. Notices were sent in advance to download our tickets and it was easy to track where our ferry was before and during our journey. One thing I would like is for the app to give estimated time of arrival since we had some delays due to weather.

Ignored while requesting refund
I booked a ferry through OMIO while travelling in Italy. On the ticket, it states that Ferry Hopper is retailing agent. Found out after trekking up and down the stairs of Positano, in a heat wave, that the ferry had been cancelled. Neither OMIO nor Ferry Hopper had notified their customers, which the Ferry company had assured me they are supposed to do. I have tried to get in touch several times with Ferry Hopper to request a refund but have received no response. I think it’s ridiculous that I have to request a refund and am not automatically given one, and that Ferry Hopper failed to notify anyone about the cancellation due to water conditions. I don’t care that I bought this ticket through a third party retailer — if you’re selling something, it’s best that you make sure you can be in touch with your customers and give them crucial information as it’s your responsibility.

We understand your frustration and assure you we immediately notify passengers as soon as we receive word from the ferry operator, which was not the case this time around. Regarding your refund, it is standard procedure to confirm with the ferry company. You can be sure that the procedure will be followed to the point so that you receive any refund you are entitled to.
